    本次报告分为三部分,第一部分报告由许玲老师主持,尹芳老师对厌氧消化做了相关学术报告;第二部分由赵兴玲老师主持,两位研三的同学孙培培和李秋敏对毕业论文的实验整理及整体规划做了做了详细的报告;第三部分由张无敌老师主持,田光亮博士讲解了对于近期实验室搬迁工作的总体安排。会上各位同学和老师就相关问题进行了热烈的讨论,积极发表意见和建议。
一、教师报告
1、尹芳老师:利用两相厌氧消化过程处理有机废弃物
    尹芳老师首先从物质转化和能量回收方面分析,说明厌氧消化联合产氢产甲烷的能源回收效率最高,然后结合产氢产甲烷菌的生理生态差异引出两相厌氧消化的概念,并展示了两相厌氧消化相对于单相厌氧消化的优点,以及两相厌氧消化存在的争议问题。接下来详细讲解了H2对产甲烷的贡献及厌氧产甲烷过程中H2的浓度,最后从酸度、碱度、颗粒污泥、温度和运行时间5个方面介绍了对厌氧消化反应稳定性的调控。许玲老师在报告后做了简短的总结,赵兴玲老师、李映娟询问了有关硫酸盐还原菌的问题,田光亮博士、韩本勇博士、张无敌老师探讨了体系中的硫酸盐还原菌的存在及原料的预处理问题。张老师提出,分析在同等条件下,不同原料,所产气体中的H2S的含量及时间分布规律。

二、研究生报告
1、孙培培:植物油脂制备碳氢化合物的实验研究
    研三孙培培同学以毕业论文的整体形式展示了利用橡胶籽油、小桐子油、蓖麻子油等为原料制备碳氢化合物的实验研究。对比了一步法和两步法的优缺点,介绍了使用酸度作为评判标准的可信度,以及单因素实验研究结果,并说明综合考虑下选取橡胶籽进行下一步的实验优化。柳静老师提出以酸值作为评价指标的可信度问题,提出从能耗方面更有说服力。张老师指出可以从反应过程原理分析用酸值作为评价指标的原因,并提出可以对实验数据进一步的整理分析得出更多的结论。
2、李秋敏:云南2个气候区域户用沼气发酵系统的原核微生物的多样性比较研究
    研三李秋敏同学也以毕业论文的形式介绍了整体的实验研究成果,重点介绍了对于实验结果的统计分析结论,对建水,西双版纳这两个不同气候带的户用沼气发酵系统中古菌和细菌的种类及分布规律做了详细的展示。田光亮博士提出了一些菌种分类的不同观点,张无敌老师指出,还需进行文献对比,分析讨论所做研究与他人研究的异同点,需进一步突出微生物的分布规律与不同气候带的沼气发酵系统的联系。

3、李映娟:Microbial community characterization of an UASB treating increased organic loading rates of vitamin C biosynthesis wastewater
    研二李映娟同学向大家展示了取自water science & technology 的一篇SCI文章。对文章的摘要,研究方法及分析方法做了详细的汇报。田光亮博士在报告后询问了文章相关研究所用的接种物来源、废水来源、以及运行时的有机负荷等问题。张无敌老师就展示的文章询问了李映娟同学所得到的启示,以及对于我们实验室所做研究工作的启发,并就八叠球菌目这一问题提出了所展示文章与其他文献的不同点,指出分析此类问题时要注意接种物来源和所处理的废水来源。随后大家对目前在做的反应器出现的问题进行了谈论。
三、实验室搬迁说明与动员
    在了解田光亮博士的安排后,各位老师和同学也充分发表了意见,韩本勇博士对搬迁工作提出了建议,指出需重点注意危险药品的标注,冰箱中需低温保存的菌种保护,以及打包物品勿压勿倒置的标注及运输过程中车上物品的摆放,张无敌老师和尹芳老师对于实验室的安排规划进行了讨论,并安排时间进行实地考察。
此次报告会,老师为大家做了相关研究的学术报告,一方面向大家展示了所做的研究,让同学们增加了学习深度:另一方面,也为大家做出了榜样,提供了学生各方面学习的机会。同学们总结了以往的实验研究,进一步完善实验,顺利完成自己的论文。最后对近期的搬迁工作进行安排与动员,确保搬迁工作圆满顺利完成。

    This report is divided into three parts,The first part of the report was chaired by Xu Ling teacher,Yin Fang teachers did a anaerobic digestion-related academic report;The second part was chaired by Zhao Xingling teacher,Two third year graduate students Sun Peipei and Li Qiumin made a detailed report on the experimental arrangement and the overall planning of the graduation thesis;The third part was chaired by Zhang Wudi teacher,Dr. Tian Guangliang describes the recent relocation of the overall arrangement of the laboratory. Each of the students and the teachers had heated discussions, positive comments and suggestions at the meeting.
Ⅰ、Teacher Report
1、Yin Fang teacher:Using the two-phase anaerobic digestion to treat organic rejectamenta
    Yin Fang teachers started with the analysis of material transformation and energy recovery,indicated that the hydrogen production combined with methane in anaerobic digestion has the highest energy recovery efficiency,and then used eco-physiological differences of methanogenic bacteria by hydrogen to elicit the concepts of two-phase anaerobic digestion,showed advantages relative to single phase anaerobic digestion,and issues on two-phase anaerobic digestion. Next, explained in detail the concentration of H2 on the production of methane and the contribution of anaerobic methanogenesis process H2,Finally, from the acidity, alkalinity, granular sludge, temperature and running time introduces the anaerobic digestion reaction stability regulation. Xu Ling teacher, made a brief summary of the report,Zhao Xingling teacher, Li Yingjuan asked questions about sulfate reducing bacteria,Dr. Tian Guangliang, Dr. Han Benyong, Zhang Wudi teacher discussesed the problem pretreatment system in the presence of sulfate-reducing bacteria and raw materials. Zhang Wudi teacher proposed that we can analyze the content and timing of production of H2S in the gas distribution, under the same conditions, different materials.
Ⅱ、Postgraduate Report
1、Sun Peipei:Experimental study on the preparation of hydrocarbons in vegetable oils
    Sun Peipei showed the experimental study on the preparation of hydrocarbons in vegetable oils, like rubber seed oil, jatropha oil, castor oil . Compared the advantages and disadvantages of one step and two step method,explained the credibility about using acid as the standard for judging,and the experimental results. Zhang Wudi teacher pointed out that from the reaction process principle analysis as the evaluation index for acid value, and put forward the further experimental data analysis more objective.
2、Li Qiumin:A comparative study of Yunnan two climatic regions of household biogas fermentation system of prokaryotic microbial diversity
    Li Qiumin also introduced her experimental result,mainly introduced the conclusion the statistical analysis of the experimental results,did a detailed display on ancient bacteria and bacteria of household biogas fermentation system of two different climatic zones, Xishuangbanna and Jianshui. Dr. Tian Guangliang put forward different views of some species,Zhang Wudi teacher pointed out that also need to document comparison,analysis the similarities and differences with other study,to further illustrate the between the results and different climate zones of biogas fermentation system.
3、Li Yingjuan:Microbial community characterization of an UASB treating increased organic loading rates of vitamin C biosynthesis wastewater
    Li Yingjuan displayed a SCI article from Water Science & technology. She described the abstract, the research method and analysis method of this article in detail. Dr. Tian Guangliang and Zhang Wudi teacher pointed out that need to pay attention to the sources of inoculum and wastewater source problems and then talked about some problems of the reactor in present.
Ⅲ、Laboratory Removal And Mobilization
1、Tian Guangliang:The overall arrangement of the relocation
    Dr. Tian Guangliang carried out a detailed plan and report on recently laboratory relocation work, the laboratory instruments and medicines are classified and determined corresponding packaging methods and labeling format, and the time of the work and the corresponding personnel arrangement, showed room planning and instrument equipment.
2、Teachers And Students Fully Expressed Their Views  

     After understanding the Dr. Tian Guangliang's arrangement, all the teachers and the students fully expressed their views, Dr. Han Benyong put forward suggestions on the relocation work, pointed out the need to focus on annotation of dangerous drugs, on spawn protection needed hypothermic preservation in the refrigerator, and other problems need to take care, Zhang Wudi and Yin Fang teacher discussed the laboratory planning, and time arranging.
    This meeting, a teacher did a report related academic research for everyone, on the one hand to show the research done, so that students learn to increase the depth; on the other hand, to make an example for everyone, providing students all aspects of learning opportunities. Students summarized the previous experimental study, to further improve the experiment, to complete their papers successfully. Finally, the recent relocation of work arrangements and mobilization ensure the successful completing relocation.
