    参会人员:张无敌、崔晓龙(云南大学微生物研究所)、尹芳、赵兴玲、王昌梅、柳静、韩本勇、田光亮、杨斌、董明华(云南大学微生物研究所)以及2013级、2014级和2015级全体硕士研究生。
    此次月会分为两个部分,第一部分报告由尹芳老师主持,侯欣悦、杨益琼、崔艳慧三名硕士研究生作报告;第二部分由崔晓龙研究员主持,董明华博士和田光亮博士进行博士论文预答辩。
    第一部分,首先,侯欣悦硕士就IC反应器的葡萄糖产氢产甲烷的研究进行了阐述。她从缩短HRT、IC反   应器串联系统等方面对其进行论述。尹芳副教授、张无敌教授等老师同学就实验数据分析讨论的深度和毕业论文写作内容等方面给出了一些建议。第二个作报告的是杨益琼硕士,她从实验方法、白菜品质(单株重、总糖、还原糖、维生素C含量)、土壤分析(全氮、铵态氮、速效磷、速效钾)等方面讲述了沼肥种植白菜的初探究实验。课题组老师同学从实验方法、内容、结论等方面进行了讨论,并就实验方法提出了许多建议。最后,农业推广硕士研究生崔艳慧结合专业特点及自身假期实践讲述了云南省漾濞县核桃专业合作社发展调研情况,使参会人员了解云南目前部分核桃发展现状。

    第二部分,首先,云南大学微生物研究所董明华博士从沼气发酵和沼气发酵微生物多样性研究进展(沼气工程发展现状、沼气发酵机理、沼气发酵微生物、沼气发酵微生物间相互影响、沼气发酵微生物研究进展、研究目的与意义)、云南不同气候区沼气发酵系统原核微生物多样性(选题背景、材料方法、结果分析、分析讨论、综合总结)、DGGE指纹图谱技术研究沼气发酵过程的微生物动态变化(选题背景、材料方法、结果分析、分析小结)、模拟沼气发酵系统中微生物类群动态变化(选题背景、材料方法、结果分析、分析讨论、综合总结)、总结与展望(总结、创新点、展望)等5个方面对云南沼气发酵系统中原核微生物动态研究进行了一一阐述。张无敌老师、崔晓龙老师、尹芳老师、杨斌博士等对其论文修改给出了一些建议。如:控制答辩时间,调整PPT格局、尽量运用图形进行表述,在沼气发酵微生物方面加强与国内外学者研究的横向比较,对实验结果与讨论部分加强等方面进行了讨论和建议。
第二个进行预答辩的同学是云南师范大学田光亮博士,他的毕业论文题目是“云南省亚热带户用沼气池原核微生物类群变化及其与非生物因子间相关性研究”。他就研究背景与内容、发酵重复在不同发酵阶段的微生物类群、不同发酵时期微生物类群的动态及其与环境因子之间的关系、从低温到高温微生物类群的异同及其与环境因子之间的关系、提高木质纤维类原料产沼气速率与产率的构想与验证等五个方面进行了预答辩汇报。张无敌老师、尹芳老师、崔晓龙老师、杨斌博士等就报告中的取样时该沼气池的实际运行状态(具体处于运行的那个时期)、报告及论文中应对取样信息的交代、与国内外研究的横向比较讨论、目到属的分类跨度太大,对科的考虑以及系统进化树的罗列、温度对微生物类群组成的影响以及图表标头、图例的标示、理化因子的分析等细节问题的优化、PPT美观等细节问题进行了讨论和修改指导。

    至此,本次月会圆满结束,相信通过此次月会,参加作报告的硕士研究生对下一步工作有了更加明确的目标。参加预答辩的两名博士研究生对论文的充实和修改有了更明确的方向,将对论文完善和正式答辩的顺利进行起着积极的促进作用。

    Attendees: Teacher Zhang Wudi, Cui Xiaolong, Yin Fang , Zhao Xingling, Wang Chanmei. Dr Tian Guangliang, Dong Minghua, Yang Bin, Jiang Jinhe. And all of  the grade 2013, 2014 and 2015 masters.
    Monthly meeting of the biomass energy research group is divided into two parts. The first part is in charge of teacher Yin Fang, Hou Xinyue, Yang Yiqiong and Cui Yanhui reply. The second part is hosted by the teacher Cui Xiaolong, The Pre-plea for Dr. Tian Guangliang and Dong Minghau ho a students of Institute of Microbiology of Yunnan University.
    The first in the process of graduate reports is Hou Xinyue. Her thesis topic is  hydrogen-Methane production for glucose by internal circulation anaerobic reactor. She had discussed the HRT, IC reactor series system and so on. Yin Fang, associate professor, Professor Zhang Wudi and other teachers and student had given some suggestions on the experimental data analysis and discussion of the depth and the contents of the paper. The next one is Yang Yiqiong, her report is entitled “Experiment of biogas fertilizer plant of Chinese Cabbage”. The experimental method, Chinese cabbage quality (weight per plant, total sugar, reducing sugar and vitamin C content), soil analysis (total nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and so on ,are analysis .The subject group of teachers and students from the experimental method, content, conclusion and so on are discussed, and put forward many suggestions on the experimental method. Finally, the agricultural extension master's graduate student Cui Yanhui combined with professional characteristics and her own holiday practice about the Yangbi County, sharing Yunnan province walnut professional cooperative development survey, so that the participants to understand the status quo of the development of Yunnan walnut.
    After having lunch, it is Dong Minghua who comes from the Institute of Microbiology, College of life science of Yunnan University. His topic is “Study on the dynamic of the Prokaryotic microorganism in the  biogas fermentation system for Yunnan ”. Research progress of biogas fermentation and biogas fermentation microbial diversity (biogas project development status, biogas fermentation mechanism, microbial fermentation, microbial research progress, research purposes and significance, research purposes and significance), Yunnan different climate zone, the microbial diversity (selected topic background, research purposes, results analysis, summary and prospect) are introduced. The teachers Zhang Wudi, Cui Xiaolong, Yin Fang, Dr. Yang Bin, and so on, are giving some suggestions, such as the control time, adjust the PPT pattern, try to use the graphics to express, and strengthen the domestic and foreign scholars in the research of microbial fermentation, the experimental results and the discussion and some aspects of strengthening and other aspects of the discussion.
    The last one is the students who were  Dr. Tian Guangliang, who graduated from the Yunnan Normal University, and his graduation thesis topic was "the study on the relationship between the microbial population changes and the non biological factors in the subtropical zone of Yunnan province". He Reported studied background and content, the dynamic of microbial communities in different fermentation stages, the relationship between microbial population dynamics and its relationship with environmental factors, the differences of the aspects of the relationship between low temperature and high temperature, and the relationship between environmental factors and environmental factors, and the five aspects of the construction of biogas production rate and yield. The effect of actual running state of the digester to the experimental result, Sampling Information should be introduced and analysised, Compared with the domestic and foreign research are discussed, the influence of temperature on the microbial groups and other details are discussed by the teacher Zhang Wudi, Yin Fang and Dr. Yang Bin, Jiang Jinhe.
     And then this monthly meeting is finished perfectly. For master, their targets are clearer. For doctors, it will be believed that with this experience this students get a clear direction about how to enrich and modify their papers. It will be had a positive effect on the paper improvement and formal plea for doctor.
