中心副主任王霁云

1988 年毕业于云南省化工学校，于1994年6月创建了云南恒达工程公司，现更名为云南恒铄达环保工程有限公司，云南省沼气工程技术研究中心副主任，云南省建筑材料科学研究设计院院长助理，多年来从事企业经营管理工作，经验丰富，开拓能力强。作为项目主持人，先后完成了多个大中型沼气工程和环保工程，典型工程如：滇池水葫芦综合利用沼气工程，腾冲腾越镇玉璧村生猪养殖场沼气工程，为农业废弃物的处理开拓了一条综合治理，能源回收和残余物综合利用的新途径，并将其从传统产业转变为高技术产业。
